Your Impact Own and develop the integrated marketing plan for the CEE region, translating EMEA marketing strategy, business priorities, market dynamics, and customer insights into a data-driven approach that drives pipeline and growth. Partner with Regional Sales Directors as a trusted marketing advisor, using market, customer, and pipeline insights to help shape regional GTM priorities, identify growth opportunities, and inform marketing investment decisions. Act as an ambassador for Palo Alto Networks’ marketing strategy, sharing regional insights and best practices and building trusted relationships across sales, partners, customers, and thought-leadership communities. Qualifications Your Experience 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or another fast-paced environment, with experience across field, demand generation, and channel marketing. Proven ability to translate broader business and marketing strategies into regional marketing plans and priorities that deliver measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior sales and business stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and helping shape regional priorities. Experience in partner and demand generation programs, including joint marketing planning, MDF management, pipeline development, attribution, and ROI measurement. Ability to operate independently in a matrixed environment, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing business needs, and develop solutions to complex regional marketing challenges. Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience using AI-driven marketing tools, CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and reporting dashboards to optimize marketing performance. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
