• AI processing: To write a follow-up email, we send the information an attendee submitted (such as their name, company, and any question they asked) together with the notes the rep wrote, to Anthropic for processing. It is used to generate that email and is not used for advertising.
• Service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS), Brandfetch and Logo.dev (company logo and profile lookup, by email domain), Stripe (payments, for account holders only), and Vercel (website hosting).
• Team members: Other members of your organization who have appropriate access permissions
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
