How do Loopedn subscription renewals work?

Loopedn subscriptions renew automatically so your event follow-ups never stop in the middle of a show.

When each plan renews

• Pro monthly renews every month on the date you subscribed.
• Pro annual renews once a year on the date you subscribed.
• Pro seats are $29 per person per month, or $290 per person per year (2 months free), renewing on the cycle you chose when you bought the first one. Free seats, for teammates nobody is paying for, are unlimited and cost nothing, so there is nothing to renew.

Advance notice before annual renewals

Nobody should be surprised by a once-a-year charge. Before an annual plan renews we email you twice:

• 30 days ahead, so there is time to review the plan or get budget approval.
• 7 days ahead, as a final heads up.

Monthly plans do not get reminder emails. You receive a receipt after each charge instead, so your inbox stays clean.

Cancelling or changing your plan

You can cancel or switch plans anytime from Settings, which opens the billing portal. A few things worth knowing:

• Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut off access immediately.
• You keep full Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for. Settings shows the exact date under "Access until."
• Your leads are never deleted. If you drop to the free plan, leads beyond the free allowance for each event are locked rather than removed, and upgrading again unlocks them.

Refunds

Pro plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first charge. If Loopedn is not a fit, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it.
