Can I use Loopedn with my team?
Loopedn is built for both solo reps and teams.
Team features
Lead routing - Automatically assign leads to the right team member based on custom rules you define (geography, product interest, department, etc.)
Teammate invites - Invite colleagues to your Loopedn account. Adding them and routing leads to them is free, with no cap.
CC and multi-assignment - Route leads to multiple team members simultaneously. Everyone assigned is CC'd on the follow-up email so the whole group is in the loop. One exception: a lead past your free allowance on that event still gets its follow-up, but nobody is CC'd until you upgrade.
Rep profile pages - Each teammate gets their own public profile page, so attendees can book meetings or save their contact after the event.
How team routing works
When an attendee submits your form, Loopedn can automatically:
- Match the lead against your routing rules
- Assign to the right team member
- Send the follow-up email signed from that rep
- CC anyone else who needs visibility
Pricing
Routing to teammates is free on every plan, including Free. Every teammate you add sits in a Free seat, and Free seats are unlimited. If you want to give a rep Pro, that is a Pro seat: $29 per person per month, or $290 per person per year (2 months free), billed to the company on one bill. See pricing.
