I already pay for Pro myself. What happens when my company covers me?

This is common: a rep buys Pro to try Loopedn, likes it, and their company then buys Pro seats. You never end up paying alongside your employer.

Two ways your admin can move you over

Wait until your plan ends means your subscription is set to stop renewing, and the company takes over on that exact date. Nothing lapses, nothing is charged, and you don't have to do anything.

Switch now means your subscription ends immediately and the unused portion of what you paid is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your company Pro seat takes over the same day. Switching now needs an open Pro seat to move you into, so if the pool is full your admin buys one first.

Either way you get an email confirming what changed, including the refund amount if there is one.

What you keep

Everything. Your account, events, leads, follow-ups and settings are untouched. Only who pays for it changes.
