What is a Pro seat, and when do I need one?
A Pro seat is one person your company pays for. Someone in a Pro seat gets Loopedn Pro on their own account. Every other teammate sits in a Free seat, and Free seats are unlimited. Routing is not part of either: leads route to a teammate in a Free seat exactly as they do to a teammate in a Pro seat.
What needs a Pro seat
- Nothing, to work solo. You can build unlimited events, create routing rules, and route every lead to yourself on a free account.
- A Pro seat, to give a rep Pro. Routing to them is free either way, and so are their hot-lead alerts by email. A Pro seat lifts that rep's own lead cap, adds hot-lead alerts by text on their own phone, and gives them their own CSV export and analytics. On an event somebody else owns it does not turn on texting the attendee, the CRM copy, the company logo or the removal of the Loopedn footer: those four follow whoever owns the event, and one Pro on that person already applies them to every lead on it.
What a Pro seat costs
$29 per person per month, or $290 per person per year (two months free). Free seats cost nothing, and there is no limit on how many of them you have. There are no per-lead fees and no limit on events.
Adding teammates in Free seats
Adding a teammate card is always free, and so is routing leads to them. Free seats are unlimited, so you can build your whole roster, set territories, write routing rules, and run events on them without buying anything. Pro seats are only about who gets Pro.
