What's the difference between buying a Pro seat and assigning one?

Loopedn separates paying for Pro seats from deciding who sits in them. Teammates you do not pay for sit in Free seats instead, which are unlimited and cost nothing.

    Buying Pro seats

You buy a pool of Pro seats, say four. That's the only step that charges you. You can buy them before anyone has even accepted an invite.

    Assigning Pro seats

Putting a teammate into an open Pro seat is free and immediate. So is taking them out, and they stay on the roster in a Free seat still receiving routed leads. Your bill doesn't change either way, because you already paid for the Pro seat itself.

Your Teammates page shows the pool at a glance: "3 of 4 Pro seats filled · 1 open."

    Why it works this way

Pro seats are yours once purchased, so you can move people in and out as territories or coverage change, with no invoices, no waiting, no approvals. Buying more is the only action that ever asks you to pay.

    Reducing Pro seats

Only open (empty) Pro seats can be removed, and they come off at your renewal date. There's no mid-cycle refund for a Pro seat you've already paid for. Removing a Pro seat never removes a teammate; they stay on the roster in a Free seat.
