What happens if our company plan isn't renewed?

If the company plan cancels or a renewal isn't paid, coverage ends, but nothing is lost.

What happens

• Teammates in company Pro seats move to the Free plan (unlimited events, 50 leads per event). They stay on the roster in Free seats, which are unlimited, and routed leads keep arriving.
• Anyone paying for Pro themselves is unaffected, because their own subscription is separate.
• All accounts, events, leads, follow-up history and company config stay exactly where they are.

A missed payment isn't instant

A late invoice puts the plan in a grace period rather than cutting access off immediately, so a payment hiccup doesn't strand your team mid-event.

Coming back

Buying Pro seats again restores Pro for whoever you assign. Nothing needs re-creating.
