What happens if my Pro seat is removed, or I'm removed from the team?
Losing a Pro seat changes your plan, not your data.
What stays
Your account and everything in it: events, captured leads, follow-up history, resources and knowledge. Nothing is deleted.
What changes
You move to the Free plan: unlimited events and 50 leads per event. Pro features pause: unlimited leads, SMS follow-ups, CSV export and the CRM copy. You stay on the company roster in a Free seat, and Free seats are unlimited, so nobody has to make room for you. You still receive automatically routed leads from your company's rules, because routing is free on every plan.
If you're removed from the workspace entirely, you also lose access to the company's shared routing, resources and knowledge. Events you ran stay with the company, which is normal, because they were company work.
Your options
- Keep Pro yourself at our pricing. Same account, you become the payer.
- Ask your admin to put you back in a Pro seat if it looks like a mistake.
