How do Pro seats relate to routing rules?
Building your routing and paying for it are separate steps, so you can set everything up first.
Write rules any time
Add teammates, set their territories, and build rules, all free. Nothing is blocked while you plan.
Routing does not need a Pro seat
When a lead comes in, it routes by your rules to whichever teammate matches, whether they are in a Pro seat or a Free seat. That is free for any number of teammates. Pro seats buy Pro depth, not permission.
If someone loses their Pro seat
Rules that name them stay exactly as written, nothing is deleted, and leads keep routing to them from their Free seat. What they lose is Pro on their own account: their lead cap comes back and text follow-ups switch off.
Testing it
The routing tester on your Routing Rules page evaluates a sample lead against your live rules and shows which one wins and why, so you can check coverage before an event rather than after.
