Booking link
Loopedn works with Cal.com
Paste your Cal.com link and attendees can book from the follow-up email and right after the form. Loopedn fills in their name and email, as Cal.com's own help describes. Free on every plan.

What works today
- Loopedn knows a cal.com link the moment you paste it, and says so under the box.
- Their name and email are filled in.
- The event's link shows as Pick a time right after the form, and as Book a Meeting in the follow-up email. Without an event link, the follow-up uses the calendar of the rep the lead was routed to.
- On the kiosk, the event's link shows as a QR code, with no attendee details in it.
What it doesn't do yet
- A Cal.com page on your own domain opens fine, but Loopedn can't tell it is Cal.com, so their details aren't filled in.
- A booking doesn't come back to Loopedn.
Set it up
- 1
Copy your Cal.com link, like cal.com/yourname/30min.
- 2
In Loopedn, open the event's setup, go to Follow-up, and paste it under Booking link for this event. To use each rep's own calendar instead, add their link to their teammate card.
- 3
Under the box, Loopedn says it found a Cal.com link.
What it costs
