    Loopedn works with Calendly

    Paste your Calendly link and attendees can book from the follow-up email and right after the form. Loopedn fills in their name and email, and tags the link so Calendly shows the booking came from Loopedn. Free on every plan.

    What works today

    • Loopedn knows a Calendly link the moment you paste it, and says so under the box.
    • Their name and email are filled in, using the fields Calendly's own help describes.
    • The link carries utm_source=loopedn, where they found it, and the event's name, and Calendly keeps those on the booking.
    • The event's link shows as Pick a time right after the form, and as Book a Meeting in the follow-up email. Without an event link, the follow-up uses the calendar of the rep the lead was routed to.
    • On the kiosk, the event's link shows as a QR code, with no attendee details in it.

    What it doesn't do yet

    • A booking doesn't come back to Loopedn yet, so the lead in Loopedn doesn't show the meeting.

    Set it up

      Copy your Calendly link, for one event type or your whole page.

      In Loopedn, open the event's setup, go to Follow-up, and paste it under Booking link for this event. To use each rep's own calendar instead, add their link to their teammate card.

      Under the box, Loopedn says it found a Calendly link.
