Booking link
Loopedn works with Chili Piper
Paste a Chili Piper link and attendees can book from the follow-up email and right after the form. Loopedn adds their first name, last name and email to the link, in the field names Chili Piper uses by default. Free on every plan.
What works today
- Loopedn knows a Chili Piper link the moment you paste it, and says so under the box.
- The attendee's first name, last name and email go in the link as personfirstname, personlastname and personemail, Chili Piper's default names.
- An event's link wins over each rep's own, so one link can serve the whole event, a router link included.
- The event's link shows as Pick a time right after the form, and as Book a Meeting in the follow-up email. Without an event link, the follow-up uses the calendar of the rep the lead was routed to.
- On the kiosk, the event's link shows as a QR code, with no attendee details in it.
What it doesn't do yet
- If your Chili Piper admin renamed those fields, the page still opens and the attendee types their own details.
- Loopedn doesn't call Chili Piper's API, and a booking doesn't come back to Loopedn.
Set it up
- 1
Copy your Chili Piper booking link, or a router link if your team routes its meetings.
- 2
In Loopedn, open the event's setup, go to Follow-up, and paste it under Booking link for this event. To use each rep's own calendar instead, add their link to their teammate card.
- 3
Under the box, Loopedn says it found a Chili Piper link.
