Through the webhook
Send Loopedn leads to Make
Loopedn sends each new lead to a Make scenario through Make's Custom webhook, and the scenario can put it in a sheet, a CRM or any app Make connects to. Make's webhook works on its Free plan. On Loopedn it comes with Pro.
What works today
- Every new lead arrives with each detail as its own field, like name, email, phone, company, tier, score, what they asked, form answers, the event and who it went to.
- Make learns Loopedn's fields from the test lead, so you pick them by name.
- Hot leads only and a switch per event keep your Make credits down. Updates stay off unless you turn them on.
- Settings, Webhook shows each delivery, and Retry failed sends again.
What it doesn't do yet
- There is no Loopedn app in Make yet, so a scenario starts from Make's own Webhooks app.
- Make switches off a webhook that sits in no scenario for 5 days. Loopedn then says nothing is at that address, and you paste a new one.
Set it up
1 Make a scenario that starts with a Custom webhook
1. In Make, open Scenarios and click Create a new scenario.
2. Click the big plus, search for Webhooks, and choose Custom webhook.
3. Beside Webhook, click Add. Name it Loopedn leads and click Save.
4. Copy the address Make shows. It starts with https://hook. and has make.com in it. Keep it private, because anyone who has it can send your scenario data. Make now waits for the first lead.
2 Paste the address in Loopedn and send a test
1. In Loopedn, open Settings, then Webhook. Paste the address and click Save webhook. Make doesn't check the signing secret, so you can click I've saved it.
2. Click Send a test. Back in Make, the Custom webhook shows it received a lead called Test Lead, and now knows every field Loopedn sends.
3 Finish the scenario and switch it on
1. Add the module you want next, like a new row in Google Sheets or a new lead in your CRM, and pick Loopedn's fields for it.
2. Click Save and switch the scenario on, set to run Immediately as data arrives. From now on, every new lead runs it.
3. Keep the webhook in a scenario. Make switches off a webhook that sits in no scenario for 5 days, and Loopedn then says nothing is at that address. Make a new one and paste it again.
What it costs
It comes with Loopedn Pro, $29 per person per month, or $290 per year. A team needs one Pro seat to turn it on for everyone, and adding teammates is free.
Make's Free plan has 1,000 credits a month and 2 active scenarios. Each lead uses a credit when it arrives, and one more for each step after it. Make's own pricing page, read October 26, 2026.
