Send Loopedn leads to Zapier
Loopedn sends each new lead to a Zap through Zapier's Catch Hook trigger, and the Zap can put it in a sheet, a CRM or anywhere else Zapier reaches. Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan or Zapier's free trial. On Loopedn it comes with Pro.
What works today
- Every new lead arrives with each detail as its own field, like name, email, phone, company, tier, score, what they asked, form answers, the event and who it went to.
- Hot leads only and a switch per event keep your Zapier task count down. Updates stay off unless you turn them on.
- Settings, Webhook shows each delivery, and Retry failed sends again.
- Nothing to install in Zapier. You paste the Zap's address in Loopedn.
What it doesn't do yet
- There is no Loopedn app in Zapier's app directory yet, so a Zap starts from Webhooks by Zapier.
Set it up
1 Make a Zap that catches a webhook
1. In Zapier, click Create, then Zaps.
2. Click the Trigger step and choose Webhooks by Zapier.
3. For the trigger event, choose Catch Hook and click Continue. Leave Pick off a Child Key empty and click Continue again.
4. On the Test tab, click Copy beside the webhook URL. It starts with https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/. Keep it private, because anyone who has it can send your Zap data.
2 Paste the address in Loopedn and send a test
1. In Loopedn, open Settings, then Webhook. Paste the address and click Save webhook. Zapier doesn't check the signing secret, so you can click I've saved it.
2. Click Send a test. Loopedn sends a lead called Test Lead to your Zap.
3 Finish the Zap and publish it
1. Back in Zapier, click Test trigger and pick the request from Test Lead. Zapier lists every field Loopedn sent, like the lead's name, email, tier and event.
2. Add the step you want next, like a new row in Google Sheets or a new lead in your CRM, and pick Loopedn's fields for it.
3. Click Publish. From now on, every new lead runs the Zap. To leave out the test lead, add a Filter step that only continues when Type is lead.created.
What it costs
It comes with Loopedn Pro, $29 per person per month, or $290 per year. A team needs one Pro seat to turn it on for everyone, and adding teammates is free.
