Booking link
Loopedn works with Microsoft Bookings
Paste a Microsoft Bookings page, a shared one or your own Bookings with me page, and attendees can book from the follow-up email and right after the form. Microsoft publishes no way to fill in their details from the link, so the page opens as it is. Free on every plan.
What works today
- Loopedn knows a Bookings page from Outlook on the web the moment you paste it, and says so under the box.
- The event's link shows as Pick a time right after the form, and as Book a Meeting in the follow-up email. Without an event link, the follow-up uses the calendar of the rep the lead was routed to.
- On the kiosk, the event's link shows as a QR code, with no attendee details in it.
What it doesn't do yet
- The attendee types their own name and email on Microsoft's page.
- Loopedn doesn't add anything to your Outlook calendar. Microsoft's page does the booking.
Set it up
- 1
In Outlook, open Bookings with me, or your shared Bookings page, and copy its link from Share.
- 2
In Loopedn, open the event's setup, go to Follow-up, and paste it under Booking link for this event. To use each rep's own calendar instead, add their link to their teammate card.
- 3
Under the box, Loopedn says it found a Microsoft Bookings page.
